So I read about it a while ago, the Japanese Banana diet that Japanese celebrities SWEAR by. So I thought "Blah, whatever I'm trying to loose a few cm for Sakura Con anyways, why not?" ...
ITS AMAZING. I don't know how it works at ALL, but it does for me. What you do is you eat a banana in the morning in place of breakfast, eat a normal lunch, snack, dinner--and pow, you get skinnier. I'm not sure how it works for others, but I've noticed I get fuller easier from this diet so I don't have to eat so much. My intake is probably well under 1000 calories a day because of it, and I feel goood~~
It might also be that before dinner I drink a cup of tea with 1/2 a tsp. of agar agar in it, but thats just speculation.
Anyways, thought to share my happiness for anyone thinking about this diet 8D!
The girl in the picture is on the diet too! Lookit how happy she is with her banana xD;
